For those who have 2-factor authentication with SMS activated, we recommend you to use the option to login with BankID (Swedish users only). This requires that you previously added your Swedish personal identity number to your Avima account.

If you, as a customer, wish to activate MFA via email, please contact support@webforum.com.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing delays in delivering SMS to operator Tele2. The issue may potentially affect other operators as well, though this has not yet been confirmed.
